No. PillDone works with a wide range of ordinary weekly and daily organisers. Check yours with the compatibility questions on the home page.
Do I need a PillDone app?
No. PillDone runs inside Enforso. Scan the Setup code and Enforso opens, or takes you to install it.
What is Enforso?
A reminder app for the things that matter: reminders that only clear when you scan the real object. PillDone is its pillbox technology.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone today. Android is coming this autumn.
Which pillboxes are supported?
Weekly organisers with one to five doses a day, and daily organisers with up to five compartments.
Does PillDone contain electronics?
No. Nothing to charge, pair or replace.
Does it need batteries?
No.
Can I remove the labels?
Yes. They peel off and leave no residue.
What happens when I refill a daily pillbox?
Nothing changes. The labels stay in the compartments; refill as usual and the next day’s reminders use the same compartments.
Can I use PillDone with five doses a day?
Yes, up to five.
Can I use the extra stickers for other reminders?
Yes. Five Enforso Smart Stickers are included for anything else: a toothbrush, the scales, vitamins.
Does scanning prove that medication was swallowed?
No. It confirms the compartment was opened and the label under the pills was scanned. PillDone does not detect swallowing and is not a medical device.
What’s in the code?
Nothing. No name, no schedule, no data about anyone. It only means something inside your own Enforso app.
Can I print my own labels?
Yes, for free. The kit is the finished version: durable, pre-cut, with the Setup code and the bonus stickers.
Can manufacturers integrate PillDone directly?
Yes. PillDone Compatible marks a pillbox verified to work with the kit; PillDone Built-in means the codes come with the product.
